Detailed Description

Drawing-based copper alloy bushings and sleeves for sliding support, guidance, spacing, replaceable wear, pivot, shaft, housing, and other confirmed mechanical interfaces in mining, heavy equipment, electromechanical systems, rolling lines, and general industrial machinery.

Application & Role

Within the specified equipment, the product performs the function and occupies the position defined by the approved assembly drawing. Its duty is reviewed against the installation location, mating components, process boundary, operating environment, loads, applicable utility interfaces, maintenance access, and replacement method.

Material & Working Conditions

The specified material may be an aluminum bronze, tin bronze, brass, lead-free bearing bronze, or another buyer-approved copper alloy. Alloy selection depends on the complete tribological system and governing standard; the term bronze bushing is not enough to determine chemistry, hardness, load capacity, or lubrication behavior.

Drawing-Based Customization

Provide shaft and housing dimensions, running or interference fit, load direction and magnitude, rotational or oscillating motion, speed or cycle, temperature, lubrication method and lubricant, contamination, corrosion, impact, edge loading, alignment, mating materials, and current wear or seizure pattern. Drawing revision, equipment interfaces, operating conditions, and acceptance requirements are reviewed before quotation.

Inspection Requirement
