Product Information

Detailed Description

Drawing-based wear-resistant liners and liner plates for crushers, grinding mills, chutes, hoppers, transfer points, and other confirmed mining or bulk-material equipment positions.

01

Application & Role

Within the specified equipment, the product performs the function and occupies the position defined by the approved assembly drawing. Its duty is reviewed against the installation location, mating components, process boundary, operating environment, loads, applicable utility interfaces, maintenance access, and replacement method.

02

Material & Working Conditions

Material may include the cast steel, wear-resistant alloy, or composite construction confirmed by the drawing and application review. No fixed wear-life improvement is promised from a material name alone. Final selection remains controlled by the approved customer technical documentation and operating duty.

03

Drawing-Based Customization

Provide the equipment manufacturer and model when available, exact liner position, arrangement drawing, current liner material and mass, ore or handled material, feed size, moisture, abrasion and impact pattern, operating direction, installation access, change-out method, and observed failure mode. Drawing revision, equipment interfaces, operating conditions, and acceptance requirements are reviewed before quotation.

Drawing-Based Production

Custom Manufacturing Options

Product configuration is reviewed against the drawing, material, working conditions and acceptance requirements.

Material Selection

Pure copper, deoxidized copper, oxygen-free copper, or a drawing-specified copper alloy can be reviewed against the confirmed duty.

Drawing-Based Dimensions

Diameter, wall thickness, flange structure, openings, grooves, and interfaces are manufactured to the approved drawing.

Process Route

Casting, one-piece forging, heat treatment, CNC machining, welding, and assembly are selected by the confirmed structure.

Tolerance Review

Critical fit surfaces, sealing faces, mounting interfaces, and drawing tolerances are reviewed before quotation.

Inspection Requirement

Chemical, mechanical, NDT, dimensional, metallographic, and visual inspections can be arranged as specified.

Packaging Requirements

Product supports, surface protection, moisture control, identification, and export packing are arranged for the ordered delivery scope.

Integrated Production

Manufacturing Capability

Manufacturing support from drawing review and material preparation through forming, machining, assembly and final release.

01

Drawing Review
