Detailed Description

Drawing-based water-cooled copper molds for electron beam (EB) furnace systems. The component is configured for drawing-specific equipment, installation interfaces, operating conditions, and customer project requirements.

Application & Role

Within the specified equipment, the product performs the function and occupies the position defined by the approved assembly drawing. Its duty is reviewed against the installation location, mating components, process boundary, operating environment, loads, applicable utility interfaces, maintenance access, and replacement method.

Material & Working Conditions

Pure copper or a specified copper alloy may be considered according to heat-transfer, strength, joining, and dimensional requirements. Final selection remains controlled by the approved customer technical documentation and operating duty. Only confirmed material grades and conditions are considered for quotation.

Drawing-Based Customization

The mold design should be reviewed against the furnace model, ingot section, internal profile, casting or withdrawal direction, installation orientation, base arrangement, mounting points, and access for removal. Drawing revision, equipment interfaces, operating conditions, and acceptance requirements are reviewed before quotation.
