- Rough forging, proof-machined blank or finished component.
- Machining allowance, draft, fillets and permissible tooling marks.
- Batch quantity, repeat demand and tooling ownership.
Material and Properties
- Alloy grade, standard and delivery condition.
- Heat treatment and target mechanical properties.
- Conductivity, hardness or oxygen-content requirements.
- Test location and sampling requirements.
Inspection
- UT standard, tested stage, coverage and acceptance level.
- Dimensional report and material traceability.
- Surface inspection and repair restrictions.
- Required certificates and report format.
