This checklist helps buyers prepare a clearer RFQ for copper water jackets, cooling plates, panels and staves.

Equipment and Drawing

  • Furnace area, equipment model and application position.
  • Drawing revision, overall geometry and mounting arrangement.
  • Failed-part photographs and replacement reason.
  • Available sample or measured dimensions.

Cooling Circuit

  • Channel path, wall thickness, inlet and outlet positions.
  • Working pressure, test pressure, flow and water condition.
  • Connection standard and installation orientation.
  • Cleaning and internal-channel requirements.

Inspection and Delivery

  • Dimensional, visual, PT, pressure or leak-testing scope.
  • Material certificate and component traceability.
  • Protection for connections and machined faces.
  • Packing, destination and delivery schedule.
