- Provide verified lifting points and center-of-gravity markings.
- Design skid, blocking and case strength for the component weight.
- Consider forklift, crane and container-loading access.
- Comply with applicable wood-treatment requirements.
Identification and Documents
- Mark project, part number, case number, gross and net weight.
- Provide packing list and package photographs.
- Include preservation instructions and document pouch.
- Confirm destination, shipping marks and language.
