This catalog groups the current product range by component function so engineering and purchasing teams can reach the correct product page without treating similar names as interchangeable.
A catalog name is a routing aid, not a complete specification. Confirm the equipment type, component position, material grade, geometry, cooling or electrical function, interfaces, inspection scope, quantity, and required records before quotation.
Vacuum Melting and Remelting Components
The range includes water-cooled copper crucibles, electron-beam furnace copper molds, vacuum arc remelting crystallizers, electroslag remelting crucibles, and electron-beam cold hearths. Crucible, mold, crystallizer, and cold hearth remain separate product identities even where plant terminology overlaps.

Furnace Cooling and Metallurgical Components
Products include water-cooled copper jackets, cooling plates, burner cooling panels, blast-furnace cooling staves and walls, lance tips, lance heads, tuyeres, continuous-casting mold components, mold tubes, and crystallization wheels.
Different furnace names do not prove that cooling parts are interchangeable. Confirm heat-exposed position, adjacent refractory or structure, water circuit, channel layout, connections, operating inputs supplied by the buyer, pressure or leakage test requirements, and damage history for replacement work.
High-Current Contact and Connection Components
The range includes submerged-arc-furnace contact shoes and pressure rings, electric-arc-furnace electrode clamps and holders, water-cooled power cables, welding-machine contact pads, and CuCrZr contact rings.
Select by electrical function, contact geometry, clamping or movement, current path, connection arrangement, cooling, duty cycle, surface requirements, and acceptance tests. A high-current component is not a complete electrode system, power system, welding machine, cabinet, or busway.

Material pages describe semi-finished forms; completed bushings, sleeves, contacts, cooling parts, and assemblies require separate geometry, process, and inspection definitions.
Material selection remains conditional on the buyer's service requirements. Alloy designation alone does not establish thermal, electrical, wear, corrosion, pressure, or service-life performance in a finished component.
Manufacturing and Quality Scope
Depending on the approved component definition, the manufacturing route may include melting, casting, forging, rolling, extrusion, heat treatment, machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, and surface processing. Inspection is planned against the ordered material, drawing, process, function, and documentation requirements.
Not every route or inspection method applies to every product. The quotation and order identify the included operations, hold points, acceptance criteria, records, packaging, and delivery scope.

Provide the component name and function, equipment type and position, drawing and revision, material specification, quantity, dimensions and tolerances, relevant operating inputs, cooling or electrical interfaces, inspection and documentation requirements, destination, and requested schedule.
